Borrowed Gravity is a free, independently written, noncommercial sequel fan-fiction novel by Whitney Scott, inspired by the world of Interstellar.
The story of Interstellar didn't end when Joseph Cooper returned from the far side of a black hole. His daughter had grown old, humanity had found a new home among the stars, and one promise remained unfulfilled.
Borrowed Gravity picks up where the film left off. Accompanied by TARS, Cooper sets out to find Dr. Amelia Brand, who was last seen alone on a distant world, carrying the hope of humanity's next beginning.
But the universe has never made anything easy for Cooper. What begins as a journey to keep a promise becomes an adventure into the unknown, where the laws of physics are tested and the distance between people is measured in more than light-years.
A story of exploration, sacrifice, friendship, and the enduring connections between people separated by space and time.
